In Steamboat Springs, there are 3 places that you may park your RV when you are visiting.
Day Parking
Stockbridge Multi-model Transportation Center. Located just 1/4 mile west of downtown Steamboat Springs on Highway 40. From here you can take the bike-core trail into town or the free bus. Parking is available daytime only with no time limit.
Howelsen Hill Parking - Parking is available in the large parking lot adjacent to the Skate Board park. Parking may be limited depending on special events that day. To get to this lot from Lincoln Avenue (HW 40), take 5th street south toward the river. Cross the railroad tracks turn right and follow the road to the end where you hit the parking lot. This lot is available for day parking only.
Wallmart in Steamboat allows RV's to park in their parking lot. (Wallmart might allow overnight parking but you'd need to check in with them).
