Soccer Program

• Soccer games for ages 5 -14 will run July 7– August 7, and coaches will contact players prior to practice.
• All games will be played in Craig in-conjunction with Craig Parks and Rec.
• Registration forms will be passed out through the school, or are available at Hayden Valley Elementary. Completed registration forms need to be delivered to Hayden Town Hall or HV Elementary.
• The total cost for Soccer is $25 for the first child, $15 for each addn’l child from the same family.

Swim Program

• Swim lessons this year are June 9th –19th, Monday through Thursday, with the first Friday as a make-up day and the last Friday for a pool party.
• Buses will leave the Elementary School every morning, but exact time will be announced later. Swimmers may bring lunches to eat on the return trip.
• While participants are not in their lesson, they will be in the adjoining park. We hire supervisors that monitor play in the park and assist in the locker rooms. A child may not leave our care without a written note from the parent.
• The total cost for the Swim Program is $40.00 per child for the 1st child in each family and $30.00 for each additional child (this includes the $30.00 pool fee, gas, bus drivers and supervisor wages).
• Registration forms will be passed out through the school, or are available at Hayden Valley Elementary. Completed registration forms need to be delivered to Hayden Town Hall or Hayden Elementary.

Tee Ball

• Tee Ball will run from Mid May – End of June, with games twice weekly starting May 27th.
• Open to all children ages 4-7. Participants must be four before May 1, 2008.
• Registration forms will be passed out through the school, or are available at Hayden Valley Elementary. Completed registration forms need to be delivered to HV Elementary or mailed to P. O. Box 264, Hayden 81639.
• The total cost for Tee Ball is $25 for the first child, $10 for each addn’l child from the same family.

• Open to girls and boys grades 3 - 6
• Cost is $45 per participant
