If you're a local or if you've driven in from out of the area, the best option for parking is one of the lots at the base of the ski area.
There is a free shuttle that runs all day from the lot called Meadows lot which is located just off HW 40 and Mt Werner Road.
If you can get on the Steamboat Springs Transit Bus, you can get a ride directly to the base area and avoid driving or parking.
