Anyone can call the Eldercare Locator at 800-677-1116, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., Eastern Time.
Please have the following information ready:
1. County and City Name or Zip Code.
2. Brief description of problem. If you are unsure about what kind of service is best for your situation, Eldercare Locator staff can direct you to a source that can answer your questions.
Eldercare Locator is a public service of the Administration on Aging, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and is administered by the National Association of area agencies on aging and the National Association of State Units on Aging.
