Yampa Valley Recycles
Yampa Valley Recycles (YVR) is a voluntary organization composed of concerned citizens. Its formal status is a City of Steamboat Springs Advisory Committee on Recycling. Both the City of Steamboat Springs and Routt County financially support YVR.

The Goal of YVR is to make recycling, reduction, and reuse in the Yampa Valley more convenient and cost effective in order to increase the total tonnage of recyclable materials diverted from the landfill.
